Join us at the Kootenay Shambhala Centre in Nelson to connect in person with colleagues from around the region. During this difficult time in medicine we will focus on ways in which we can experience more joy and freedom in our work as individuals and as colleagues. When we remember why we are here, and what we most care about, we can show up for ourselves and each other in authentic ways that also feed our souls. This retreat is an interactive and experiential learning based event that includes medicine for the body, heart and soul.
